Key Points:

  • DO NOT send your returns to the courier's address on the front of the package as this will prevent us from being able to issue a refund as we have no access to this address 
  • We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if the item is in the same condition it was sent
  • Any exchanges for style or size will be arranged by contacting hello@elenaclaire.co.uk
  • We ask you to return the items to us for a refund or exchange unless we have made a mistake
  • Please send your returns or exchanges with a note of your order number and whether you require a refund or exchange
  • If the 30 days is exceeded we will issue store credit 


Returns

Please do not send your purchase back to the courier address on the front of the package

To complete your return, we require your order number or a receipt or proof of purchase with your order number on a note in the returns package.

To return your product, you should mail your items to the address with a note of your order number and request for an exchange or refund:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there has been a mistake by us.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns Policy
We offer a 100 percent money back guarantee within 30 days so long as the items are in good condition and have not been over worn or damaged. `If the size is not correct we will arrange an exchange 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will issue you with store credit

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded

Refund Process (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected we will issue a refund or notify you that store credit has been issued within 20 days of receiving your returns.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
